Shopify: "Check store connection" makes a live call to your Storefront API — a green "Store is live" means the domain/token here actually work, which is the same connection the Buy Buttons on your shop page use. Tapstitch: you're using it as an app installed on Shopify (not a separate API connection), so it doesn't need a token here — the field above is just an optional personal note. Its real status follows the Shopify check: if Shopify is live, orders can reach Tapstitch; confirm the app itself shows "installed" in Shopify Admin → Apps. Printful: this saves your token in one place for reference, but because this is a static site with no server, it can't securely push orders to Printful's API on its own — that still needs a small backend to hold the token and make the call. Stripe: the publishable key is safe to store here — that's what it's for — and a Stripe Payment Link gives customers a one-click "Pay with card" button at checkout. Only people who know this manager passcode can see or change any of this.

Heads up: this is a static site with no server, so it can't send real text messages on its own — that needs a backend hooked up to an SMS provider (e.g. Twilio). What it can do: the numbers above are saved, every order is logged here instantly, and if this dashboard is open in a browser tab when an order comes in, you'll get a live on-screen alert (and a system notification, if you allow it) right away. Wiring these numbers to real texts is the next step once there's a backend.
